Touring is Tough.
Performance-focused physiotherapy for life on the road.
Being a performer isn’t just a job, it’s a full-body commitment. Whether you're on stage, on tour, or behind the scenes making it all happen, your body is your craft, your livelihood, your instrument.
And when it breaks down, the show doesn’t stop. That’s where I come in.
I specialise in performance medicine.
Years working with musicians, dancers, actors, comedians, and elite athletes has taught me one thing: the body doesn’t care if it’s game day or show night — when it’s cooked, it’s cooked.
My job? Get you tuned up, patched up, and ready to perform.
Experience includes:
The Cast & Crew of Book of Mormon – backstage treatment to keep an elite musical ensemble performing 8 shows a week.
Kojey Radical – UK artist on tour, pushing physical and creative boundaries.
Eason Chan – pop royalty, managing performance load and recovery across shows.
Dua Lipa’s entertainment lawyer – because even the high-functioning crew need care.
Elite Rugby (Australia) – acute sideline care to get athletes back on the pitch.
Niseko, Japan – managing snowsports injuries in the moment, rescuing holidays for travellers and skiers with acute back, knee, and shoulder issues.
What I offer:
🎯 Pre-show Tune-ups
Get your body show-ready, loosen up tight spots, move some things that need to be moved, and make sure you're moving and feeling right before you hit the stage.
💆 Manual Therapy
Hands-on treatment tailored to the demands of your performance — from necks and backs to hips and hamstrings, I work to relieve tension and restore function.
🎤 TMJ / Jaw Treatment for Singers
Voice feeling off? Jaw tight after a long haul or tough rehearsal? I offer targeted TMJ work to improve jaw mobility and reduce tension, essential for touring vocalists.
🎽 Taping for Support
Kinesiology and rigid taping to support and enhance movement. I give you that extra bit of security on show day.
📋 Injury & Load Management Advice
